I'm a few days late but not much to report on my success for the week. The scale stayed the same which is good considering my inlaws were visiting all last week and cooked full meals for us all week. I tried to stay away from the carbs but it was hard as they are hearty eaters. I'm on week 3 of the Couch to 5K program which has helped me alot. Although the lbs are the same I've noticed my fat % decrease slightly so that's encouraging. I'm challenging myself to eat more protein and greens this week and limit carbs to one meal or none per day.
