Cardio for weight loss
Can someone please help me on the subject of cardio and weight loss? I am not sure what type I should be doing there is to much conflicting information out there and I am confused.

These exercises help to maintain heart pumping and also help in many other factors like losing weight. These exercises if combined with the strength training will give the better results in extra weight loss and long term weight management.

Cardio is the most effective form of exercise and best for weight lose. There are many cardio exercises for weight lose like running,jogging,cycling and yoga. For losing weight try to do 30 minutes cardio everyday.
